SHIPPING POLICY
Last updated: August 4, 2026
2PriceTags is operated by IBO GroupPrice, LLC.
This Shipping Policy explains how product purchasing, package receiving, warehouse handling, consolidation, freight, Customs coordination, pickup, and delivery may be arranged for supported destinations.
SHIPPING AND LOGISTICS SERVICES
2PriceTags helps customers shop for products, arrange purchasing assistance, receive and consolidate packages, coordinate transportation, and manage estimated freight, Customs, tax, handling, pickup, and delivery costs for supported destinations.
Depending on the product, destination, package size, weight, handling requirements, and available service, an order may move by:
- Courier or parcel service
- Air freight
- Ocean or sea freight
- Dry freight
- Temperature-controlled freight
- Truck or local delivery
- Warehouse pickup
- Mail boat handoff
- Another approved transportation or delivery method
Orders may be handled using IBO Logistics or other independent couriers, warehouses, freight forwarders, carriers, customs brokers, delivery providers, and logistics partners selected for the particular shipment.
IBO Logistics is not the exclusive logistics provider for every order, shipment, or destination.
SUPPORTED DESTINATIONS
Shipping and logistics services are not limited to The Bahamas. Available destinations, shipping methods, payment methods, delivery options, and service providers may vary by product, customer, destination, and order.
2PriceTags may decline or limit service where transportation, Customs clearance, delivery, payment processing, documentation, or product handling cannot reasonably be arranged.
ORDER PROCESSING
Processing may begin after the required order information, customer approval, and payment have been received and verified.
Orders may be subject to:
- Payment verification
- Product availability confirmation
- Vendor Store processing
- Address and contact verification
- Export or import restrictions
- Customs-document requirements
- Freight and carrier availability
- Package-size and weight confirmation
- Special-handling review
An order or shipment may be held while required information, documents, authorizations, invoices, identification, or payment remain outstanding.
PRODUCT-SOURCING ORDERS
For a product-sourcing request, the customer may be required to provide a product link or image, requested quantity, destination, and any product details needed to identify the correct item.
After review, 2PriceTags may issue a quotation, invoice, or approved payment link before purchasing begins.
A quotation may require:
- Full payment of the quoted amount; or
- Payment of the merchandise amount first, followed by the remaining estimated or actual landed-cost balance
Where the merchandise amount is paid first, the remaining landed-cost balance may be invoiced after arrival or earlier when actual freight, import, warehouse, handling, pickup, or delivery charges become known.
SELF-PURCHASED AND FORWARDED PACKAGES
Customers sending independently purchased products to an approved receiving location must follow the shipping and identification instructions provided by 2PriceTags.
A complete Vendor Store or commercial invoice may be required. The invoice should clearly show:
- The customer’s name
- The Vendor Store name
- The products purchased
- Product quantities
- Product values
- The order number
- The tracking number
Screenshots, altered documents, incomplete invoices, payment confirmations without product details, or handwritten information may be rejected when they do not provide enough information for package identification, transportation, Customs, or regulatory purposes.
A package may be held until the required invoice, authorization, identification, or other documentation has been received and accepted.
WAREHOUSE RECEIVING AND CONSOLIDATION
Packages may be received, identified, stored, consolidated, repacked, measured, weighed, palletized, or prepared for transportation as required for the selected service.
Warehouse receiving does not confirm that a package is undamaged, complete, correctly described, lawful to transport, or eligible for import.
Additional charges may apply for:
- Oversized or overweight packages
- Multiple-package consolidation
- Repacking
- Pallet preparation
- Special handling
- Fragile-item handling
- Storage
- Inspection or documentation assistance
- Pickup or drop-off services
ESTIMATED LANDED COST
Any total landed cost, freight amount, duty amount, tax amount, Customs amount, pickup amount, delivery amount, or other import-related amount shown before final costs are known is an estimate and is not guaranteed.
Actual costs may change because of factors including:
- Actual package weight or dimensions
- Vendor Store packaging
- Carrier or freight-company charges
- Transportation method
- Customs classification
- Declared or assessed value
- Duties, taxes, levies, or government charges
- Currency exchange rates
- Inspections or examinations
- Storage
- Repacking or consolidation
- Brokerage
- Special handling
- Destination charges
- Other costs not reasonably known when the estimate was prepared
If actual costs increase or an additional charge arises, 2PriceTags may issue an additional invoice.
Payment may be required before purchasing, processing, freight booking, Customs clearance, shipment release, pickup, delivery, mail boat handoff, or another service continues.
BAHAMAS ORDERS
For eligible Bahamas orders, the displayed product price may include:
- The product
- Applicable purchasing or service charges
- Estimated freight
- Estimated duty
- Customs processing
- Handling
- Other estimated landed-cost charges
VAT may be calculated separately at checkout.
Pickup, local delivery, mail boat handoff, storage, special handling, and other optional destination services may be charged separately where applicable.
CUSTOMS, DUTIES, TAXES, AND GOVERNMENT CHARGES
Customs authorities and government agencies have final authority over:
- Product classification
- Declared or assessed value
- Duty
- VAT and other taxes
- Environmental levy
- Permits
- Inspections
- Detention
- Release
- Seizure
- Return
- Abandonment
- Destruction
Duty, tax, classification, and import-cost information provided through the website, quotations, calculators, invoices, or customer-service communications is for guidance and does not bind Customs or another government agency.
Any additional amount assessed by Customs, a government agency, carrier, customs broker, warehouse, or destination provider remains payable by the customer.
RESTRICTED, PROHIBITED, OR SPECIAL-HANDLING PRODUCTS
Customers are responsible for confirming that a product may lawfully be purchased, exported, transported, imported, possessed, and used in the destination country.
Some products may be prohibited, restricted, hazardous, oversized, fragile, perishable, regulated, or subject to permits, inspections, special packaging, or limited transportation options.
2PriceTags may refuse, cancel, hold, return, surrender, or arrange lawful disposal of a product that is prohibited, restricted, unsafe, improperly documented, inaccurately described, abandoned, unpaid, or unsuitable for the available service.
A product may be delayed, refused, seized, returned, destroyed, abandoned, or restricted by a Vendor Store, carrier, warehouse, freight forwarder, airline, vessel operator, customs broker, delivery provider, Customs authority, or government agency.
A refund is not guaranteed when a shipment is affected by a legal, regulatory, transportation, safety, documentation, or Customs restriction.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES
Processing, shipping, freight, arrival, Customs clearance, pickup, and delivery dates are estimates unless 2PriceTags expressly guarantees a date in writing.
Delays may result from circumstances including:
- Vendor Store processing
- Product availability
- Warehouse receiving
- Missing or incorrect documentation
- Package consolidation or repacking
- Freight or carrier availability
- Vessel or airline schedules
- Port congestion
- Customs inspections
- Government-system outages
- Weather or severe-weather closures
- Public holidays
- Strikes or labor disruptions
- Unpaid balances
- Incorrect customer information
- Destination restrictions
- Events outside our reasonable control
A delay does not automatically qualify an order for cancellation, refund, compensation, or store credit.
TRACKING AND SHIPMENT UPDATES
Tracking information may be provided when available from the applicable Vendor Store, carrier, freight company, warehouse, or delivery provider.
Tracking updates may not appear immediately and may be limited during consolidation, freight movement, vessel transportation, Customs processing, warehouse transfer, or final delivery.
Estimated arrival dates displayed by a third-party tracking system are not guaranteed by 2PriceTags.
CUSTOMER ADDRESSES AND DELIVERY INSTRUCTIONS
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete:
- Shipping addresses
- Delivery addresses
- Pickup information
- Telephone numbers
- Email addresses
- Recipient names
- Delivery instructions
- Mail boat or carrier information
2PriceTags is not responsible for delays, failed delivery, redelivery charges, storage charges, returned shipments, or losses caused by incorrect, incomplete, or outdated information provided by the customer.
PICKUP
Pickup availability depends on the order, destination, warehouse, payment status, Customs status, and operating schedule.
Customers must wait until 2PriceTags confirms that an order is ready for pickup.
Identification, an order number, an invoice number, or written authorization may be required before an order is released.
Eligible Bahamas pickup orders may be paid at pickup using an accepted payment method approved for that order.
LOCAL DELIVERY
Delivery orders must generally be fully paid and verified before delivery.
Delivery is completed to the address, approved recipient, business, pickup point, mail boat, carrier, or other handoff location selected or approved for the order.
The customer is responsible for ensuring that an authorized recipient is available where required.
Additional charges may apply for:
- Incorrect addresses
- Unsuccessful delivery attempts
- Redelivery
- Waiting time
- Special access requirements
- Oversized or heavy products
- Remote or restricted locations
MAIL BOAT AND THIRD-PARTY HANDOFF
Where an order is delivered to a mail boat, carrier, freight service, approved representative, or other third-party handoff point, 2PriceTags’ delivery obligation is completed when the shipment is accepted at the approved handoff location.
The customer is responsible for confirming the receiving schedule, recipient details, island or destination information, and any charges required by the receiving service.
Any transportation after the approved handoff is subject to the receiving provider’s schedule, terms, handling, and availability.
DELIVERY ATTEMPTS
If delivery cannot be completed because no authorized person is available, the address is incorrect, access is restricted, payment remains outstanding, or another customer-related issue prevents delivery, the shipment may be returned to the warehouse or another approved location.
Redelivery, storage, return transportation, or related charges may apply before another delivery attempt is arranged.
INSURANCE
Shipment or product insurance may be available for certain orders when requested, offered, and paid for before the applicable deadline.
Insurance is not automatically included unless expressly stated.
An insurance claim is subject to the insurer’s terms, exclusions, reporting deadlines, evidence requirements, valuation rules, and final decision.
2PriceTags may assist with submitting an eligible claim but cannot guarantee claim approval or the amount paid by the insurer.
DAMAGED, MISSING, OR INCORRECT SHIPMENTS
A shipment that appears damaged, incomplete, missing, or incorrect should be reported to 2PriceTags within five calendar days after pickup, delivery, or documented receipt.
The customer may be required to provide photographs, videos, packaging images, product labels, tracking information, invoices, delivery documents, and other evidence needed to review the matter.
The product and all original packaging should be retained until written instructions are provided.
Claims are reviewed according to the Return, Refund, and Cancellation Policy and any applicable Vendor Store, carrier, freight company, warehouse, delivery provider, or insurance requirements.
STORAGE AND UNCLAIMED SHIPMENTS
Packages and orders must be collected, delivered, transferred, or otherwise resolved within the period communicated by 2PriceTags or the applicable warehouse provider.
Storage charges may apply after any stated free-storage period expires.
A shipment may be held while freight, duty, VAT, Customs, handling, storage, pickup, delivery, or another outstanding amount remains unpaid.
After reasonable notice, shipments that remain unpaid, undocumented, unclaimed, abandoned, prohibited, or unsuitable for continued storage may be returned, transferred, surrendered, or disposed of as permitted by applicable law.
The customer remains responsible for applicable costs already paid or incurred.
ORDER CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS
Customers should contact 2PriceTags as quickly as possible to request an order change or cancellation.
A change or cancellation is not guaranteed once payment review, purchasing, Vendor Store processing, warehouse receiving, pickup, consolidation, freight booking, shipping, Customs preparation, delivery preparation, or import processing has started.
Approved changes, cancellations, refunds, and store credits are governed by the Return, Refund, and Cancellation Policy and any costs already paid, charged, booked, committed, or incurred.
CONTACT
Questions concerning shipping, freight, Customs, pickup, delivery, package receiving, or tracking should be submitted through an approved 2PriceTags customer-service channel.
