We ship directly to you using Amazon Fulfillment Services, Local and International Ocean and Air Freight Forwarders, FedEx, or DHL Delivery.
We have Partners in the United States, the United Kingdom, the Dominican Republic, the Bahamas, and China to expedite the facilitation of your orders.
Depending on which warehouse processed the order, delivery can take 2 to 21 business days to ship worldwide.
*It is not a guaranteed time and excludes our 1-3 day processing time.* Orders weighing over 150 lbs., Customs clearance procedures requirements, severe weather conditions, and holidays may also extend this timeframe.

WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS on International Orders. Our dedicated couriers, customs, and compliance support team handle all the customs procedures, language, and currency conversion hurdles that make international ordering a challenge. Before placing an order, please ensure that the items are not restricted or prohibited in your country.

Ordering

We cannot guarantee that we can change or cancel an order after it has been processed. Please don't hesitate to contact us via WhatsApp or email us immediately.

Please note: If an order is canceled, the 5% transaction fee will be subtracted from the refunded amount.

When an order is placed, our sales team screens the payment and confirms whether the courier will charge any "fuel surcharge fee" for delivery to the final destination address. At this time, you will have a thirty (30) minute window to use the edit and cancellation buttons on our checkout page after your order is placed.
We reserve the right to cancel any orders based on the delivery address and the availability or feasibility of the product.
