If a shipping courier considers your address inaccessible for delivery, they will make a final delivery at the closest destination terminal or return the order to our warehouse.

With all our efforts to lower costs and make International shopping easy, We can not accept International Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges because the Shipping Cost, Brokerage, and Customs Importations Fee involved in fulfilling the order are nonrefundable by our Partners, International Agencies, and Logistic Providers.

A 15% restocking fee, a 5% Transaction fee, and the shipping charges will be deducted from the refund.
If a return is warranted, you, the recipients, will become the exporter. You will be responsible for complying with that country's export laws and fees for returning the item(s) to our main USA Warehouse.
Many couriers charge a $20 USD fee to correct the address for orders placed with an incomplete or incorrect address after the shipment has left our warehouse.

For products exceeding the declared value of $2,500 USD, an export document called SED (Shippers Export Declaration) must be processed and costs $25.00 USD.
All orders incur a Conversion Transaction Fee of 4.9% + 0.30 cents, which varies by Country.
Most couriers charge more to ship to residential addresses, family islands, and remote regions, and this cost varies by Country and Territory.

When an order is placed, our sales team screens the payment and confirms whether the courier will charge any "fuel surcharge fee" for delivery to the final destination address. You will need to contact us first so that we can assign and create the best shipping rates to your destination. Once your account has been created, you'll need to send us your purchase invoices.
