Terms of Service
2PriceTags is operated by IBO GroupPrice, LLC.
By visiting our website, creating an account, placing an order, approving a quotation, making a payment, requesting product-sourcing assistance, or using our shipping services, you agree to these Terms of Service and the applicable Privacy Policy, Return and Refund Policy, and Shipping Policy.

Products may be sourced from retailers, wholesalers, distributors, manufacturers, marketplaces, online Vendor Stores, or other approved suppliers.
Third-Party Products and Vendor Stores
2PriceTags is not the manufacturer, brand owner, warranty provider, or original Vendor Store for most third-party products. Product defects, recalls, missing parts, warranties, quality, compatibility, and manufacturer claims may be governed by the responsible Vendor Store’s or manufacturer’s policies.
2PriceTags may provide assistance but does not guarantee that another provider will approve a return, replacement, refund, exchange, warranty request, or claim.
Product Information
We aim to provide accurate product titles, descriptions, images, prices, colours, quantities, and specifications. Information may originate from a Vendor Store, supplier, manufacturer, marketplace, distributor, or product database. Packaging, colour, labels, design, accessories, model information, or specifications may vary.
Customers must review the complete description, size, quantity, voltage, compatibility, dimensions, model, and product options before ordering.
Service Fees and Product Pricing
Product prices, quotations, invoices, and order totals may include sourcing, purchasing, processing, handling, coordination, and service charges. These charges may be included in the displayed price or quoted total rather than shown as separate line items.
Bahamas Pricing
For Bahamas orders, the displayed product price includes:
- Product
- Applicable purchasing and service charge
- Estimated freight
- Estimated duty
- Processing
- Handling
- Other estimated landed-cost charges
VAT and optional local delivery are calculated at checkout. Displayed landed-cost amounts remain estimates and may be corrected when actual charges are confirmed.
International Pricing
For destinations outside The Bahamas, shipping, duties, taxes, handling, and delivery are not included in the displayed product price unless specifically stated. These amounts are quoted separately based on the destination and shipment details.
Discounts and Promotions
Eligible merchandise orders of $2,500 or more may receive an automatic discount of up to 5% in the cart or at checkout. No coupon code is required.
Selected customers may also receive promotional codes for eligible orders below $2,500. Unless otherwise stated, discounts cannot be combined.
Shipping, freight, duty, VAT, taxes, handling, delivery, and other service charges do not count toward the $2,500 minimum unless specifically stated.
Product-Sourcing Requests
Registered customers may request products that are not listed by submitting a product link or clear image, quantity, and destination through an available contact channel. A customer account may be created using the customer’s full name, email address, and telephone number.
Product details and a quotation will be provided for approval before purchase. The product will be purchased only after the required approval and payment are received and verified.
Sourced-Order Payments
A sourced-order quotation may include the product price and estimated landed cost. Customers may be offered the option to:
- Pay the full quotation before purchase; or
- Pay the product-price portion before purchase and settle the landed-cost balance later
The landed-cost balance may be invoiced after arrival or earlier when actual charges become known.
Customer Accounts
Customers may need an account to place orders, request products, submit documents, receive updates, or access store tools. Customers are responsible for:
- Providing accurate account information
- Keeping login information secure
- Updating contact and address information
- Preventing unauthorised account access
- Reporting suspected unauthorised activity
Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for providing accurate:
- Product information, links, images, quantities, and specifications
- Billing, shipping, and delivery information
- Contact information
- Tracking numbers
- Supplier invoices
- Declared values
- Customs information
- Permits, licences, or authorisations
- Other documents required for the order or shipment
Customers must confirm that merchandise is suitable for their intended use, destination, voltage, size, compatibility, and legal requirements.
Restricted or Prohibited Items
Some merchandise may be prohibited, restricted, require permits, require special packaging, or be refused by a Vendor Store, warehouse, courier, carrier, airline, freight forwarder, Customs authority, or government agency.
2PriceTags may refuse, hold, cancel, return, transfer, or dispose of merchandise that is prohibited, restricted, unsafe, undocumented, incorrectly declared, abandoned, unpaid, or unsuitable for the service. Related costs may be charged to the customer where permitted.
Pricing, Availability, and Website Errors
Product prices, availability, promotions, supplier costs, shipping costs, freight rates, import estimates, product images, descriptions, and other information may change. We may correct incorrect prices, descriptions, images, shipping estimates, import estimates, product information, supplier data, or website errors.
If a material error or change is discovered before processing, we may provide an updated price, replacement option, cancellation, eligible refund, or another appropriate resolution.
Orders and Payments
Orders may be subject to:
- Payment verification
- Fraud screening
- Product availability
- Vendor Store confirmation
- Address verification
- Customs requirements
- Shipping-provider availability
- Destination restrictions
We may hold, refuse, cancel, refund, or request additional information for an order that appears fraudulent, incomplete, incorrect, restricted, unpaid, underpaid, high risk, or unsupported. An order is not considered paid until payment is received, verified, and correctly applied.
Bank Transfers
Customers must use the order number or invoice number as the bank-transfer reference. A missing or incorrect reference may delay payment identification and order processing. Remote bank transfers should be sent to one approved account. In-person payments may be divided between accepted payment methods or accounts when arranged and approved by staff.
Credit-Card Processing Fee
A credit-card processing fee of up to 3% may apply to eligible credit-card payments where permitted and disclosed before payment. The fee does not apply to debit cards, prepaid cards, bank transfers, or cash payments. Currency conversion is separate and applies only when an actual conversion between currencies occurs.
Order Changes and Cancellations
Customers have one (1) hour after placing an eligible website order to edit or cancel it through the order-status page. After the one-hour window expires, the order is final and cannot normally be edited or cancelled.
Product-sourcing, manually quoted, custom, and bulk orders may become final as soon as purchasing or another non-refundable service begins.
Additional Balances
Freight, duty, taxes, Customs, storage, handling, repacking, inspection, delivery, destination, and other actual costs may be higher than estimated. An additional invoice may be issued when actual costs exceed the amount previously paid.
The customer must pay the required balance before the applicable Customs clearance, release, pickup, delivery, or further processing.
Shipping, Freight, and Delivery
IBO Logistics or another warehouse, courier, freight forwarder, carrier, airline, vessel operator, Customs broker, delivery provider, mail boat, or logistics partner may handle all or part of an order. IBO Logistics is not used for every order.
Independent providers may have their own schedules, tracking systems, service terms, liability limits, claim procedures, storage charges, and delivery requirements.
Transit and Delivery Estimates
Vendor processing time is additional.
- Estimated transit to The Bahamas is 4–7 business days after vendor processing
- Estimated international transit is 4–21 business days after vendor processing
All processing, transit, arrival, Customs, pickup, and delivery dates are estimates unless expressly guaranteed in writing. Delays may result from supplier processing, warehouse receiving, consolidation, freight booking, Customs inspection, missing documents, unpaid balances, weather, holidays, port congestion, carrier delays, route changes, or government action.
Freight-Forwarding Shipments
Customers who purchase merchandise themselves and send it to an approved freight-forwarding address must provide an acceptable supplier or commercial invoice in PDF format and the required tracking information. Screenshots or image files may not be accepted in place of a proper PDF invoice.
A shipment may be held until acceptable documentation is received. Products purchased directly through 2PriceTags do not normally require the customer to submit the supplier invoice again.
Customs and Import Requirements
Customers are responsible for confirming that merchandise can legally be exported, transported, imported, delivered, possessed, and used at the destination. Customers may be required to provide identification, invoices, Customs authorisation, importer information, permits, or other documents.
Customs and government authorities have final authority over classification, assessed value, duty, tax, inspection, detention, release, seizure, return, or destruction.
Returns, Refunds, and Claims
Returns, refunds, cancellations, replacements, exchanges, and claims are governed by the Return and Refund Policy, the responsible provider’s requirements, and applicable law. Correctly supplied products are normally final sale after the applicable cancellation window.
Damaged, defective, incomplete, incorrect, or materially different merchandise must be reported within 24 hours of pickup or delivery.
Cargo Protection
Cargo protection or insurance is not automatically included. Available protection must be requested, accepted, and paid for before the merchandise is released for shipment. Protection cannot be added after loss, theft, shortage, or damage occurs and does not guarantee claim approval.
Customer Reviews and Submitted Content
When you submit a review, photograph, video, testimonial, comment, or other content, you confirm that you have the right to submit it. You permit 2PriceTags to use submitted content for customer service, website display, marketing, advertising, social media, and service improvement where permitted. Do not submit private information that you do not want displayed publicly.

You may not use the website or services to:
- Commit fraud or another unlawful act
- Submit false or unauthorised information
- Interfere with website or account security
- Attempt unauthorised access
- Introduce malicious software
- Infringe intellectual-property rights
- Purchase or transport prohibited merchandise
- Evade payment, Customs, or legal requirements
- Abuse coupons, refunds, accounts, promotions, or chargebacks
We may suspend or terminate access for fraud, abuse, unpaid balances, prohibited merchandise, security concerns, or repeated policy violations.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, 2PriceTags is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or business losses related to product availability, supplier actions, product defects, carrier failures, Customs delays, restricted merchandise, delivery delays, incorrect customer information, third-party systems, or events outside our reasonable control.
Nothing in these Terms removes a customer right that cannot legally be excluded.

We may update these Terms of Service when our services, policies, or legal obligations change. Updates will be posted on this page.
