Our Service
2PriceTags helps customers shop U.S. products, arrange purchasing assistance where available, receive packages, consolidate orders, coordinate freight, provide delivery options, and estimate import-related costs for supported destinations outside the United States.
Depending on the order, products may be sourced from U.S. retailers, wholesalers, distributors, manufacturers, online vendors, marketplaces, or other suppliers.
Third-Party Products and Vendors
Many products may be sold, supplied, shipped, or fulfilled by third-party suppliers, vendors, wholesalers, distributors, manufacturers, retailers, marketplaces, or online stores.
2PriceTags is not the original manufacturer, brand owner, warranty provider, or original seller for every third-party product unless clearly stated.
Product defects, warranty claims, recalls, missing parts, product quality issues, supplier issues, vendor issues, or marketplace disputes may need to be handled according to the supplier’s, vendor’s, marketplace’s, or manufacturer’s policy.
Customer Accounts

Customers are responsible for keeping account information accurate and secure. 2PriceTags is not responsible for problems caused by incorrect account details, incorrect addresses, missing contact information, or unauthorized account access caused by the customer’s failure to protect login information.
Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for providing accurate order details, product links, invoices, tracking numbers, shipping addresses, delivery addresses, contact information, declared values, customs information, and any documents required for shipping or import processing.
Customers are responsible for checking whether an item is allowed to be purchased, shipped, imported, delivered, or used in their destination country.
Restricted or Prohibited Items
Some items may be prohibited, restricted, require permits, require special handling, or be refused by customs, a courier, freight company, airline, supplier, broker, delivery partner, or government agency.
2PriceTags may refuse, cancel, hold, return, or dispose of items that are prohibited, restricted, unsafe, undocumented, abandoned, unpaid, incorrectly labeled, or not approved for our service.
2PriceTags is not responsible if an item is delayed, refused, seized, returned, destroyed, abandoned, restricted, or rejected by customs, a courier, freight company, airline, supplier, broker, delivery partner, or government agency.
Pricing, Availability, and Website Errors
Product prices, supplier costs, shipping costs, freight costs, delivery costs, import costs, product availability, images, descriptions, and estimates may change without notice.
We reserve the right to correct website errors, product data errors, incorrect prices, incorrect images, incorrect descriptions, incorrect shipping estimates, incorrect import estimates, system errors, supplier changes, or checkout issues at any time.
If an item becomes unavailable, restricted, delayed, incorrectly listed, incorrectly priced, or the cost changes before processing, we may contact the customer with available options. This may include an updated price, replacement option, cancellation, refund, or store credit depending on the order status.
Orders and Payments
Orders may be subject to payment review, fraud checks, supplier confirmation, availability checks, address verification, customs requirements, and shipping availability.
We may cancel, hold, refund, or request additional information for orders that appear fraudulent, incomplete, incorrect, restricted, unpaid, underpaid, high risk, or not serviceable.
Shipping, Freight, Delivery, and Import Charges
International orders may include product cost, freight, shipping, delivery, pickup, storage, warehouse receiving, consolidation, duty, VAT, customs processing fees, environmental levy, brokerage fees, and other service or import-related charges.
Shipping, freight, delivery, and import-cost estimates may change if supplier information, item weight, dimensions, destination rules, customs classification, service availability, or government requirements change.
Customs authorities and government agencies have final authority over classification, duty rate, VAT, levy, inspection, release, detention, seizure, return, or destruction decisions.
Delivery Times
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Delays may occur because of supplier processing, warehouse receiving, package consolidation, freight booking, customs inspection, missing documents, unpaid balances, courier delays, weather, holidays, vessel or airline delays, delivery scheduling, destination restrictions, or government agency action.
Returns, Refunds, and Store Credit
Returns, refunds, cancellations, replacements, exchanges, and store credit are handled according to our Refund Policy and the status of the order.
Freight, shipping, delivery, customs duties, VAT, environmental levy, processing fees, brokerage fees, warehouse fees, storage fees, pickup/drop-off fees, package consolidation fees, and other third-party service or import-related costs are usually non-refundable once paid, charged, booked, or incurred.
Store Credit Promotions
Store credit may be offered on eligible orders or promotions at 2PriceTags’ discretion. Store credit is not guaranteed and may not apply to every order.
Store credit is for eligible future product purchases only and generally does not apply to freight, duty, VAT, customs processing fees, environmental levy, delivery, pickup, drop-off, warehouse handling, storage, consolidation, or other service/import-related charges unless 2PriceTags specifically states otherwise.
Customer Reviews and Submitted Content
If you submit a review, photo, video, testimonial, comment, or other content, you give 2PriceTags permission to use that content for customer service, website display, marketing, advertising, social media, and service improvement unless prohibited by law or unless we agree otherwise.
Do not submit content that includes private information you do not want shown publicly.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, 2PriceTags is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or business losses related to product availability, supplier issues, shipping delays, customs delays, denied imports, restricted products, delivery delays, incorrect customer information, website errors, third-party service failures, or events outside our reasonable control.
Nothing in these Terms removes any customer rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Updates may be posted on this page. Continued use of our website or services after updates means you accept the updated terms where allowed by law.
