Refund Policy

At 2PriceTags, we help customers shop U.S. products, arrange international shipping, consolidate packages, and manage import-related costs for supported destinations outside the United States. Because many order expenses are paid upfront to suppliers, vendors, couriers, warehouses, freight companies, customs brokers, delivery partners, and government agencies, refunds and returns are limited.

International Orders

International orders are generally final once purchasing, processing, warehouse handling, pickup, package consolidation, freight booking, shipping, customs preparation, delivery preparation, or import processing has started.

We do not guarantee refunds, returns, exchanges, or cancellations after an order enters the purchasing, shipping, freight, warehouse, delivery, or import process.

Cancellations

Please contact us as quickly as possible if you need to cancel an order.

We cannot guarantee cancellation once payment review, purchasing, supplier processing, warehouse receiving, pickup, package consolidation, freight booking, shipping, customs preparation, delivery preparation, or import processing has started.

If cancellation is approved, any non-refundable costs already paid, charged, booked, or incurred may be deducted from the refund or issued as store credit where appropriate.

Non-Refundable Costs

The following costs are usually non-refundable once paid, charged, booked, or incurred:

  • Product sourcing fees
  • Service fees
  • Payment processing fees
  • Supplier, vendor, or marketplace fees
  • Warehouse receiving fees
  • Storage fees
  • Pickup or drop-off fees
  • Package consolidation fees
  • Pallet preparation fees
  • Freight and shipping charges
  • Delivery fees
  • Return shipping fees
  • Insurance fees
  • Customs duties, VAT, import taxes, environmental levy, customs processing fees, brokerage fees, and other import-related charges
  • Other third-party service, freight, delivery, or import-related charges

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 5 days of delivery.

We may request photos, videos, packaging images, invoices, tracking information, product labels, delivery documents, and any other information needed to review the claim.

Claims are reviewed case by case. A refund, replacement, exchange, return approval, or store credit is not guaranteed and may depend on the supplier, vendor, courier, freight company, insurance coverage, item condition, claim deadline, product type, destination rules, and customs requirements.

Returns

Do not return any item without written approval from 2PriceTags.

If a return is approved, the customer is responsible for return shipping, export documents, customs requirements, delivery to the approved return location, and any fees required to complete the return.

Returned items must be unused, complete, and in their original packaging unless 2PriceTags gives different written instructions.

Third-Party Vendor and Manufacturer Issues

Many products may be sourced from third-party suppliers, vendors, wholesalers, distributors, manufacturers, retailers, marketplaces, or online stores. 2PriceTags is not the original manufacturer, brand owner, warranty provider, or original seller for every third-party product unless clearly stated.

Product defects, warranty claims, recalls, missing parts, product quality issues, supplier issues, vendor issues, manufacturer issues, or marketplace disputes may need to be handled according to the supplierтАЩs, vendorтАЩs, marketplaceтАЩs, or manufacturerтАЩs policy.

2PriceTags may assist where possible, but we cannot guarantee that a third-party supplier, vendor, marketplace, courier, freight company, manufacturer, or brand owner will approve a refund, exchange, replacement, warranty claim, or return.

Unavailable Items, Price Changes, and Website Errors

Products, supplier pricing, availability, shipping costs, freight costs, delivery costs, import costs, product images, descriptions, and checkout estimates may change without notice.

If an item becomes unavailable, restricted, delayed, incorrectly listed, incorrectly priced, or the cost changes before the order is processed, we may contact the customer with available options. This may include an updated price, replacement option, cancellation, refund, or store credit depending on the order status.

Website errors, incorrect prices, incorrect shipping estimates, incorrect import estimates, product data errors, image errors, supplier changes, or system issues may be corrected at our discretion.

Restricted, Prohibited, or Special-Handling Items

Customers are responsible for making sure an item is allowed to be imported into their destination country before placing an order.

Some items may be prohibited, restricted, require permits, require special handling, or be refused by customs, a courier, freight company, airline, supplier, broker, delivery partner, or government agency.

2PriceTags is not responsible if an item is delayed, refused, seized, returned, destroyed, abandoned, restricted, or rejected by customs, a courier, freight company, airline, supplier, broker, delivery partner, or government agency.

Fees, freight charges, import charges, delivery charges, and service costs related to restricted, prohibited, delayed, abandoned, or refused items may be non-refundable.

Shipping, Freight, Delivery, Duty, VAT, and Import Fees

Freight, shipping, delivery, duty, VAT, customs processing fees, environmental levy, brokerage, storage, pickup, drop-off, package consolidation, and other import or service-related charges are usually non-refundable once paid, charged, booked, or incurred.

Customs authorities, brokers, couriers, freight companies, delivery partners, and government agencies may make final decisions about item classification, duty rate, VAT, levy, release, inspection, detention, seizure, return, or destruction.

Store Credit

In some cases, 2PriceTags may issue store credit instead of a cash refund. Store credit is not cash, has no cash value, cannot be transferred, cannot be withdrawn, and can only be used toward eligible future product purchases on the 2PriceTags website.

Store credit generally does not apply to freight, duty, VAT, customs processing fees, environmental levy, delivery, pickup, drop-off, warehouse handling, storage, consolidation, or other service/import-related charges unless 2PriceTags specifically states otherwise.

Refund Method and Processing Time

Approved refunds are usually returned to the original payment method when possible. Refund processing times may vary depending on the payment provider, bank, card issuer, or payment method used.

Payment processing fees, card fees, bank fees, currency conversion fees, and third-party transaction costs may be non-refundable where applicable.

Final Decision

2PriceTags reviews refunds, returns, cancellations, exchanges, replacements, and claims case by case.

We reserve the right to approve, deny, reduce, or adjust refunds, returns, replacements, exchanges, or store credit based on the order status, supplier policy, shipping status, freight status, delivery status, import status, documentation, item condition, customer communication, and costs already paid or incurred.

Nothing in this policy removes any customer rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
