Shipping Policy
At 2PriceTags, we help customers shop U.S. products, arrange international shipping, consolidate packages, and manage import-related costs for supported destinations outside the United States. Shipping costs, delivery times, import charges, and service options may vary based on the product, supplier, shipment weight, package dimensions, freight method, destination, customs rules, and delivery option selected.
Supported Destinations
2PriceTags is designed for international customers shipping to supported destinations outside the United States. Some products, services, freight options, or delivery options may not be available for every country, island, region, or address.
We may refuse, cancel, hold, or re-quote an order if the destination is unsupported, restricted, unsafe, unavailable, or not serviceable by our suppliers, couriers, freight partners, customs brokers, or delivery partners.
Shipping Methods
Depending on the item and destination, orders may ship by dry freight, cold freight, air freight, courier, local delivery, warehouse pickup, or another available shipping method.
Some orders may require package consolidation, pallet preparation, warehouse receiving, pickup, freight booking, customs processing, brokerage, delivery scheduling, or special handling.
Freight is calculated at the shipment/cart level where possible, not separately on every item when items ship together.
Chargeable Weight
Shipping may be calculated using chargeable weight. Chargeable weight means the greater of:
- Actual scale weight
- Volumetric or dimensional weight
- Pallet-space equivalent when the shipment is bulky or takes pallet space
This rule helps keep shipping fair for both dense heavy items and bulky lightweight items.
Freight and Shipping Pricing
Exact freight and delivery pricing is calculated at checkout or during order processing based on the orderтАЩs freight type, destination, shipment weight, package dimensions, pallet-space usage, and selected delivery option.
Available shipping options may include dry freight, cold freight, air freight, warehouse pickup, delivery, or rush delivery where available.
Shipping quotes, checkout estimates, and import-cost estimates are subject to correction if supplier information, item weight, package dimensions, destination rules, service availability, or customs requirements change.
Dry Freight
Dry freight is used for many regular non-refrigerated items, including groceries, household goods, paper products, cleaning supplies, office supplies, business supplies, and general merchandise.
Dry freight may be calculated based on actual weight, dimensional weight, or pallet-space usage depending on the shipment.
Cold Freight
Cold freight may be used for items that require temperature control or special handling, such as produce, fruits, vegetables, chilled items, frozen items, refrigerated products, dairy, meat, seafood, or other cold-chain products.
Cold freight may cost more because of handling, timing, storage, spoilage risk, and special freight requirements.
Air Freight and Rush Delivery
Air freight may be available for urgent or air-eligible shipments. Air freight may include fixed carrier-related costs, so small air shipments may cost more by themselves.
Rush Delivery may be available as an add-on when approved or selected. Rush Delivery does not remove customs, supplier, courier, weather, security, airline, or government delays.
Warehouse Pickup and Delivery
Some customers may choose warehouse pickup where available. If warehouse pickup is selected, the customer is responsible for collecting the order from the approved pickup location during the available pickup period.
Delivery may be available for some orders and destinations. Delivery cost is added only when the customer selects or approves delivery.
Delivery availability, delivery timing, delivery cost, and delivery requirements may vary by location, order size, driver availability, building access, weather, destination, and service conditions.
Shared Pallet and Bulk Freight Logic
Many shipments may be consolidated with packages from multiple customers on the same pallet.
For shared freight, each customer is charged based on their shipment weight, dimensional weight, or pallet-space share. One customer is not charged the full pallet operating cost unless that customerтАЩs shipment uses or reserves that amount of pallet space.
Pallet or bulk freight pricing is based on the customerтАЩs shipment/cart, not on an individual product row by itself.
Supplier Delivery, Store Pickup, and Warehouse Receiving
Some orders are delivered to our warehouse by suppliers, retailers, online vendors, couriers, or marketplace sellers. Other orders may require pickup, receiving, consolidation, or special handling.
Pickup, storage, receiving, consolidation, pallet preparation, delivery, and other service fees may apply depending on the order and service required.
If a customer sends items to a 2PriceTags warehouse or approved shipping address, the customer must provide accurate tracking numbers, invoices, product descriptions, declared values, and any required customs or import information.
Delivery Times
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Processing, supplier delays, warehouse handling, package consolidation, freight booking, customs clearance, inspections, weather, holidays, courier delays, incorrect addresses, missing documents, unpaid balances, destination restrictions, or government agency delays may affect delivery time.
2PriceTags is not responsible for delays caused by suppliers, couriers, freight companies, customs brokers, customs authorities, airlines, vessel operators, delivery partners, government agencies, weather, holidays, or events outside our reasonable control.
Import Duties, Taxes, and Fees
International orders may include freight, duty, VAT, customs processing fees, brokerage fees, environmental levy, storage fees, delivery fees, pickup/drop-off fees, and other applicable import or service-related charges.
Import fees may be estimated before or during checkout, but final charges may change if customs, a broker, courier, freight company, delivery partner, or government agency changes the classification, value, duty rate, levy, inspection status, or other import details.
2PriceTags helps estimate and organize landed costs, but customs and government authorities have final authority over import charges, inspections, release decisions, restrictions, seizures, returns, or destruction.
Small Orders and Minimum Fees
Some shipping, freight, customs, brokerage, or import charges may have minimum fees. This means a small order may carry the same minimum processing charge as a larger order.
Customers may get better landed-cost value by adding more items to the cart, combining small items into one order, choosing the most suitable freight method, and avoiding urgent air freight unless needed.
Restricted, Prohibited, or Special-Handling Items
Customers are responsible for making sure the item is allowed in the destination country before placing an order.
Some items may be prohibited, restricted, require permits, require special handling, or be refused by customs, a courier, airline, freight company, broker, supplier, or government agency.
2PriceTags may refuse, cancel, hold, return, or dispose of items that are prohibited, restricted, unsafe, undocumented, abandoned, unpaid, incorrectly labeled, or not approved for our service.
Non-Refundable Shipping and Import Costs
Freight, shipping, delivery, pickup, drop-off, warehouse receiving, consolidation, pallet preparation, customs processing, duty, VAT, environmental levy, brokerage, storage, insurance, and other third-party service or import-related charges are usually non-refundable once paid, charged, booked, or incurred.
Final Shipping Decision
2PriceTags reserves the right to adjust, correct, cancel, refuse, or re-quote shipping, freight, delivery, or import-related charges when supplier information, product details, package dimensions, weight, destination rules, customs requirements, service availability, or freight availability changes.
Nothing in this policy removes any customer rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
