How do I unlock my TSA lock?
The default combination is 0-0-0. To unlock the luggage, make sure the code is set to 0-0-0 on each lock and push the button that is located on the right side of lock in, both clasps will then open.
How do I set my TSA lock?
1) Turn the dials to 0-0-0, 2) Press the reset button using a pen or other tool, 3) Turn the dials to your desired combination, 4) Return the reset button to its original position. Once you set your combination, make sure to write it down. There is no way to reset the combination without knowing the current combination.
Is the X Series airline approved?

If you believe you received the incorrect product, damaged or defective item, please reach out to our Customer Solutions team within 7 days of delivery. Returns are handled on a case-by-case basis, and requirements vary by country.
If you need to return a product to us, you'll be the exporter from the original shipping destination. You will be responsible for compliance with that country's export laws and fees to return to our Main U.S Warehouse; clear photos of the item's condition, the product number, and the original packaging must be sent upon return request.
