Jason Navarro, a 10-Year Pro Baseball Player, and Tulane Athlete spent years trying supplements and other products to help his on-the field performance and off the field recovery. Frustrated with what was out there, Jason embarked on a journey to create something that was easy, good for you, and most importantly...worked!
After 20 Years as a competitive athlete, Jason worked for 9 months and made 121 different blends to come up with the 4D Formula. Using 30 of the most premium ingredients he could find, Jason was ready to bring 4D to the world.
4D has stayed true to its roots and is still family owned and operated out of Covington, Louisiana. Much has changed since 2011....(packaging, location, partners), but the 4D formula has not!

If you believe you received the incorrect product, damaged or defective item, please reach out to our Customer Solutions team within 7 days of delivery. Returns are handled on a case-by-case basis, and requirements vary by country.
If you need to return a product to us, you'll be the exporter from the original shipping destination. You will be responsible for compliance with that country's export laws and fees to return to our Main U.S Warehouse; clear photos of the item's condition, the product number, and the original packaging must be sent upon return request.
