If one of our suppliers violates that protocol, we will immediately end the relationship. We will continue to support and encourage any system that helps to preserve integrity.

We ship directly to you using Amazon Fulfillment Services, Local and International Ocean and Air Freight Forwarders, FedEx, or DHL Delivery.
We have warehouses in the United States, United Kingdom, Dominican Republic, The Bahamas, and China to expedite and facilitate your orders.

If you need to return a product to us, you'll be the exporter from the original shipping destination. You will be responsible for compliance with that country's export laws and fees to return to our Main U.S Warehouse; clear photos of the item's condition, the product number, and the original packaging must be sent upon return request.
