Please note that all international orders are final. We DO NOT accept refunds, returns, or exchanges.
Exceptions: Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you believe you have received an incorrect, damaged, or defective item, don't hesitate to get in touch with our support team within 5 days of delivery. We will handle returns on a case-by-case basis, and requirements may vary by country.
Refunds and Store Credit
In rare instances where a return is justified, a refund in the form of store credit may be issued after we receive and inspect the returned item(s) in good condition, along with their original packaging. Please be aware that a 15% restocking fee, a 5% transaction fee, and the cost of shipping will be deducted from any refund.
How We Minimize Returns
To help minimize returns, we thoroughly inspect each product before shipping. We highly recommend requesting shipping insurance coverage before placing your order.
Your Responsibility for Returns
If a return is warranted, you, the recipient, will be responsible for acting as the exporter of record. You must comply with your country’s export laws and bear any fees associated with returning items to our main warehouse in the USA. Fulfilling the order is non-refundable by our Partners, International Agencies, and logistics providers
