The Titan TP-Cosmo is a 2D massage chair with an advanced ergonomic SL-track rolling system. Unlike other 2D massage chairs, the TP-Cosmo comes with 12 different auto massage programs, three modes of pneumatic massage function, and a selection of three different air pressure parts. The Titan TP-Cosmo also comes standard with Titan’s latest massage rolling track, which massages from your neck, all the way down to your glutes and upper hamstrings. This is called an “SL” rolling track, and it works with the computer body scan at the beginning of every session to give every user a massage that fits their body. The Titan TP-Cosmo is designed with long-term reliability in mind, and that includes the entire airbag system in the chair. There are 16 airbags in total located at shoulders, arms, calf areas and foot areas.

We ship directly to you using Amazon Fulfillment Services, Local and International Ocean and Air Freight Forwarders, FedEx, or DHL Delivery.
We have warehouses in the United States, United Kingdom, Dominican Republic, The Bahamas, and China to expedite and facilitate your orders.
Depending on which warehouse processes the orders, they can be tracked via video at every step.

If you believe you received the incorrect product, damaged or defective item, please reach out to our Customer Solutions team within 7 days of delivery. Returns are handled on a case-by-case basis, and requirements vary by country.
If you need to return a product to us, you'll be the exporter from the original shipping destination. You will be responsible for compliance with that country's export laws and fees to return to our Main U.S Warehouse; clear photos of the item's condition, the product number, and the original packaging must be sent upon return request.
