Ink: Wet erase ink lays down with bold, opaque color. Markers will require priming prior to use. Just open, uncap, depress the nib several times, and shake to get the ink flowing. Conforms to ASTM D-4236. Surfaces: These chalk markers work best on any non-porous surface. We recommend using them on blackboards, whiteboards, windows, glass, car windows, and presentation boards. Cleanup: Marker ink cleans off non-porous surfaces with a damp cloth.

If you believe you received the incorrect product, damaged or defective item, please reach out to our Customer Solutions team within 7 days of delivery. Returns are handled on a case-by-case basis, and requirements vary by country.
If you need to return a product to us, you'll be the exporter from the original shipping destination. You will be responsible for compliance with that country's export laws and fees to return to our Main U.S Warehouse; clear photos of the item's condition, the product number, and the original packaging must be sent upon return request.
