Our honey is gently warmed and then strained, not filtered, to take the bee parts out and leave the good stuff, like pollen, in. Raw and unfiltered makes our honey extraordinary. We comb the U.S. and Canada and partner with beekeepers to get the best honeys for our blends, which include clover, canola, wildflower and tallow honey. In return, a raw blended honey like ours has a more complex and nuanced flavor. Deep. Balanced. Sweet. You can tell the difference.
Raw: Honey is Amazing. Why mess with it? We don't cook our honey at high temperatures. High heat just kills all the good stuff that makes honey so amazing. Instead, we gently warm the raw honey so we can handle it, you know, so it can be poured, lightly strained and bottled.
Unfiltered: We keep the good stuff in. The honey we get is straight from the hive. So naturally, there will be some bee parts and chunks of pollen and wax floating around. So, we strain it. Straining, not filtering, lets all the good stuff through, but keeps the bigger stuff out.
Other Merchant Websites claim "Free Shipping," but Shipping is never free! "Free shipping" only means higher product pricing to cover the average shipping cost or using profits from some products to offset losses on another. Someone must pay couriers for their work.

We ship directly to you using Amazon Fulfillment Services, Local and International Ocean and Air Freight Forwarders, FedEx, or DHL Delivery.
We have warehouses in the United States, United Kingdom, Dominican Republic, The Bahamas, and China to expedite and facilitate your orders.
Depending on which warehouse processes the orders, they can be tracked via video at every step.

If you believe you received the incorrect product, damaged or defective item, please reach out to our Customer Solutions team within 7 days of delivery. Returns are handled on a case-by-case basis, and requirements vary by country.
If you need to return a product to us, you'll be the exporter from the original shipping destination. You will be responsible for compliance with that country's export laws and fees to return to our Main U.S Warehouse; clear photos of the item's condition, the product number, and the original packaging must be sent upon return request.
