The fee may be calculated on the entire amount paid by eligible credit card, including:

• Freight or shipping
• Estimated landed cost

• VAT or other taxes
• Handling
• Delivery
• Any additional balance included in that payment

Can I cancel or change my order?

• Delivery or destination charges
• Other costs required to complete the order
Customers will be informed when additional charges are known. If the actual cost is higher than estimated, we may send an additional invoice.
The full outstanding balance must be paid before Customs clearance, release, pickup, or delivery.
An increase in landed cost does not automatically cancel the order or guarantee a refund.

Shipping and freight charges may depend on:

What is the difference between physical and dimensional weight?
Physical weight is the package’s actual scale weight.
Dimensional weight is based on the amount of space a package occupies during transportation.

The courier, airline, or freight provider may charge using whichever weight is greater.
Freight Forwarding & Warehouse

For self-purchased shipments, you must provide the required PDF invoice and tracking information.
