NOW conducts approximately 19,000 quality control tests per month in their in-house labs to ensure their products are safe and effective. Suggested Usage

If you believe you received the incorrect product, damaged or defective item, please reach out to our Customer Solutions team within 7 days of delivery. Returns are handled on a case-by-case basis, and requirements vary by country.
If you need to return a product to us, you'll be the exporter from the original shipping destination. You will be responsible for compliance with that country's export laws and fees to return to our Main U.S Warehouse; clear photos of the item's condition, the product number, and the original packaging must be sent upon return request.
