If you have a light flow or need a teen-sized pad, then we would recommend using pur smaller sized pads. If you have a heavy flow or want overnight protection, then we recommend bigger sizes of Always Ultra Thin Pad. Additionally, all Always Ultra Thin packs are made of 50% recycled plastic and are made at a site that purchases 100% renewable electricity.
Remember that all Always Ultra Thin Pads are FSA & HSA eligible! Check with your FSA or HSA plan provider for information on the coverage of period care products.

We have warehouses in the United States, United Kingdom, Dominican Republic, The Bahamas, and China to expedite and facilitate your orders.
Depending on which warehouse processes the orders, they can be tracked via video at every step.
NO RETURNS on International Orders. With all our effort to lower the cost and the ease of International shopping, WE CAN NOT ACCEPT INTERNATIONAL RETURNS AND REFUNDS.

If you believe you received the incorrect product, damaged or defective item, please reach out to our Customer Solutions team within 7 days of delivery. Returns are handled on a case-by-case basis, and requirements vary by country.
If you need to return a product to us, you'll be the exporter from the original shipping destination. You will be responsible for compliance with that country's export laws and fees to return to our Main U.S Warehouse; clear photos of the item's condition, the product number, and the original packaging must be sent upon return request.
